Chemical Repackaging Services

Repackaging helps ensure that chemicals are stored in the appropriate containers, which reduces the risk of spills, leaks, and other accidents. With our repackaging services customers can benefit through safety, transport, convenience and efficiency.

Bulk-to-Container or Container to Container Repackaging

This service involves transferring bulk chemicals to smaller containers, such as drums, or bottles. This service is ideal for customers who need to transport or store smaller quantities of chemicals.

Custom Chemical Repackaging

We can also provide customized repackaging services to meet the specific needs of our customers. Whether our customers need a unique container size or a specialized package, we can create a customized solution that meets your needs.

Chemical Processing Services

Calcining is a thermal process that involves heating a substance to a high temperature in the absence or presence of air to create a new substance or alter the properties of an existing substance. Determination of processing temperature profiles is one of our expertise – been there done that! We specialize in determining processing temperature profiles and conditions for the desired properties.

Blending involves the mixing of two or more chemical products to create a new product with specific properties or characteristics. We have experience handling complex processes that require specialized equipment and expertise to ensure that the final product meets your required formulation or mixture.

Dry Bulk Blending

Dry bulk blending is a process that involves mixing dry chemicals to create a homogeneous blend to create a uniform mixture. The equipment used in this process is designed to ensure that the mixture is consistent and that the particles are evenly distributed throughout the blend.

Solid to Solution

Solid to solution is a process that involves dissolving a solid substance in a liquid to create a solution. Quality control measures are important in solid to solution processes to ensure that the resulting solution is of the desired concentration and purity. We have the inhouse capabilities to test for impurities, pH, and chemical properties to ensure that it meets the required specifications.

Particle Analysis

Particle analysis involves measuring the size and distribution of particles in a chemical product. This allows you to understand the reactivity and solubility of the product. Using advanced technology like the Microtrac S-3500, laser diffraction analyzer, we can provide precise particle size distribution data including MIL-SPEC analysis.

Particle Size Reduction

Particle size reduction is performed using methods of screening and milling. Screening involves passing the chemical substance through a mesh screen to separate particles based on size. The screen mesh size determines the range of particle sizes that can be separated. Milling involves the use of specialized equipment to break down the larger particles into smaller ones. This method can produce particles ranging in size from nanometers to microns.
